Do I need to create an account?
No. You choose a package, enter your public Instagram username or post link and your email, and check out. We email you a private tracking link for your order, so there is no account or password to manage.
Will you ask for my Instagram password?
Never. We only need the public username or post link that the order is for. FollowersFan will never ask for your Instagram password, and you should never share it with anyone who asks for it on our behalf.
How do I track my order?
After checkout we email you a private tracking link. Open it at any time to see your order status and delivery progress. Keep the email so you can return to the tracking page later.
I lost my tracking link. What should I do?
Go to [Find my order](/find-order) and enter the email address you used at checkout. We will re-send the tracking links for your orders to that address.
How do I pay, and is checkout secure?
Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor on a secure checkout page. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. All prices are in US dollars.
Does my account need to be public?
Yes. Your Instagram account and the post you choose must be public from the moment you order until delivery is complete. If the account is private or the post is removed, delivery may stop and the order may be only partially completed.
What happens if my order is only partly delivered?
If an order cannot be fully delivered, it is marked Partially completed and we refund the undelivered portion in proportion to the quantity that was not delivered. If an order cannot be started at all, we refund it in full. See our [Refund policy](/refund-policy) for details.
